As a certified psychometric analyst and holder of various international HR certifications, I excel in designing and delivering impactful learning sessions. Additionally, I am a panelist for several training organizations in Pakistan. Beyond my corporate endeavors, I have contributed articles to esteemed international journals and magazines such as Training Magazine UAE and Sourcing Journal New York.

In 2023, I was appointed as a core team member of the academics committee at National Textile University Faisalabad, serving for a period of three years. My exposure to global talent and HR practices extends to collaborations, in various capacities, with renowned international HR organizations such as Cubiks UK, Middle Earth India, Central Test France, Spark Index Canada, and the KPI Institute Australia.

I am a staunch advocate for ongoing learning and development, viewing it as an essential component of personal and professional growth. This belief drives me to actively promote continuous learning and development initiatives wherever I go. Additionally, I am deeply committed to social responsibility, which I fulfill by delivering educational lectures and raising

awareness through sessions at universities whenever the opportunity arises. Central to my philosophy is the belief in simplicity—preferring clarity over complexity in navigating life's myriad challenges – inspiration taken from my mother. I firmly believe in maintaining a delicate balance between diplomacy and honesty, recognizing the importance of authenticity in all interactions.

I maintain an active presence on LinkedIn, leveraging it as my primary platform for professional networking. In contrast, I've chosen to disengage from Facebook for several years now. Instead, I prefer to socialize and communicate through LinkedIn and WhatsApp, finding them to be more conducive to meaningful connections and interactions
